A hot desk at De Hoorn is perfect for creative professions, busy flexiworkers or freelancers who spend most of their time on the road. Between 8 am and 6 pm you can do your desk work and have refreshing coffee breaks in our inspiring co-working space. Need to chatter away with clients or like-minded worker bees? Simply book one of our beautiful meeting rooms. You pay € 15 per day for the hot desk, with a small additional charge for the booking of a meeting room.

Of course: flexibility is key! If you want to work more hours at De Hoorn (because it is so cozy!) or if you have grown so much you need your own office space: give us a call. We’ll check availability and install your new workspace as soon as possible.
We provide a fully equipped workplace and super fast internet. Our surplus? Cozy dining areas, hang-out sofas, mail and parcel service, reception desk, IT support, cleaning service, clean toilets and showers. Our extras? Printing costs, catering and the rental of our function rooms.

Of course. Vaartkom is located about one kilometer from Louvain railway station. That’s a brisk fifteen minute walk or a short bike ride away. What about a water taxi between Louvain and Mechelen? Not there yet, but keep those brilliant ideas coming!
Easy peasy: there are 2 large car parks at 100 meters from De Hoorn. In car park Vaartkom (Engels Plein 32), no fewer than 1000 parking spaces have been reserved for you. At Tweewaters car park (Vaartkom 32) your electric or plug-in hybrid car can do some green refueling.
Nah. We don't think in traditional 3-6-9 rental booths, but in memberships. Working per day, per week or per month? Depending on your questions and needs, we choose the formula that suits you best. Let’s sit down and work out a customized package for you.
