We offer both corporate and private parties an all-in winter package. You don't have to worry about the organization; we take care of everything for you. From a delicious winter dinner and tasty snacks to drinks, service, attractive decoration and even the construction, dismantling and cleaning up. So you can fully enjoy without stress. Our in house caterer Papillot offers a sumptuous winter dinner or winter BBQ with buffet.
fully equipped room
De Hoorn is equipped with an extensive package of professional equipment. Ranging from sound and lighting installation, DJ Booth, beamer & screen, microphones, ... De Hoorn also provides everything with furniture. Assembly, dismantling and cleaning are included in the room rental.
decoration
We collaborate for the deco with Louise, founder of Leuven-based Tilia Flowers who provides stylish decoration that completes the overall experience.

choice between three rooms
- Skybox Queen: Located on the seventh floor, the Skybox Queen watches over our hometown of Leuven. Lots of natural light, lots of cachet, a private roof terrace and a stunning view of Leuven's skyline. Take your event to the next level with our Skybox. Capacity from 15 to 40 guests.
- Skybox King: High and dry with a magnificent view of Leuven. Give your event some extra panache with Leuven's skyline as a silent witness. Imagine yourself king of Leuven! Our Skybox King also has a private roof terrace, with a magnificent view of Leuven and the greenery (Keizersberg). Capacity from 30 to 66 guests.
- Machine Room: Formerly the beating heart of the Stella brewery, it is now our central party room. The Machine Room is protected heritage and has been fully restored to its original state. It doesn't get much more unique. Blow off steam among the old machinery of the Machine Room. Capacity from 70 to 120 guests.

Would you like a walking dinner? Feel free to ask about the possibilities. Our event team will be happy to work out a customized proposal.Our in-house caterer Papillot guarantees the highest quality. Chef Aaron De Ceuster is happy to listen to your wishes. When making your choice, do not worry about possible food restrictions of your guests, he will gladly take this into account.
Winter BBQ (live cooking on Ofyr on private terrace) with buffet in our Skybox King and Skybox Queen. Winter dinner with buffet in our heritage room (Machine Room).

Drinks and service
The beverage package is valid for a period of 4h (6pm-2pm). Would you like to extend this? Feel free to ask about the possibilities and receive a customized proposal.
- Included at the reception: cava Campo Viejo, Stella Artois and Stella 0%, waters and soft drinks. As a non-alcholic alternative you can choose between cava Belle & Co 0%, Weldenhof orange juice and BOS organic ice tea peach.
- Included from dinner: Stella Artois, Stella 0%, Leffe Blond, Kriek Belle Vue, Brugse zot, Sportzot, waters and soft drinks, coffee and tea. As a house wine, you can choose between two wine domains. The South African Waterkloof: False Bay and the Italian Tenute Orestiadi: Molino a Vento (white, red, and rosé).

Refined winter decorations in hall and stylish table settings, in collaboration with Leuven-based Louise, founder of Tilia Flowers.
PERIOD
- The all-in winter party package is valid from December 2024 to March 2025. Excluding 25/12, 31/12 and January 1.
- The package price is valid for a 4h period (from 6pm to 10pm). Would you like to add an hour? Or would you like to book one or more of our meeting rooms? Feel free to ask about the possibilities. Our event team will gladly work out a customized proposal.

Although entertainment and activities are not included as standard in the winter package, we can certainly support you in arranging them.
For example:
- Entertainment: a DJ or live band to make your event complete.
- Activities: would you like to entertain your guests with a fun activity such as a photobooth? Or a historical tour of the old Stella brewery? We can also help you with a beer tasting, where else but in the birthplace of Stella Artois? We are happy to help you find the right interpretation.
